Anzac Day Honour March 2023

Anzac Day is a day of reflecting on the contribution and sacrifice made by so many men and women who served and are serving.

Buderim Village was a 'sea of Siena' as our young men and women proudly represented the College and their familes at the Buderim ANZAC Day Honour March.  Our College Captains, Jasmin and Jacob led our procession of students and staff down the main street of Buderim past The Siena Band led by Mr Todd Wynyard.  The iconic Buderim Mountain State School Pine Forest was once again a perfect setting for the Service where our College Choir performed beautifully during the service.

We offer our thanks to the parents and carers who supported their child/ren in attending the memorial march and inculcating the kinds of attitudes and dispositions which propel our students into fully-fledged membership of this community. Thank to all those students who gave their time for something greater than themselves. It is a strong testament to the important place the College community holds in the hearts and minds of students.

They shall grow not old, we we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning.
We will remember them.

Lest We Forget
