The Year 12 Retreat is one of the most important events that take place in a student’s final year of schooling at Siena. The Retreat is modelled on the highly successful program developed by the Marist Retreat Team throughout Australia over a 20-year period and aims to reinforce a positive self-image, to reflect on significant relationships and life experiences, and to explore the presence of God in one’s life.
The program consists of large group input, small group discussions and personal reflection time. Liturgies also provide valuable prayer experiences. In the past we have found the Year 12 Retreat invaluable in assisting participants to reflect on deeper issues at this important point in their lives.
