Former Siena students line up for Rio Olympics

Our eyes are all on Brazil for the 2016 Olympics and Paralympics, with two of our past students amongst the competing Australians.  Alyssa Bull (kayak) and Braedon Jason (swimming) are making their Olympic debuts.

Alyssa Bull will team up with Alyce Burnett in Rio in the K2 500m event and Braedon will be swimming at the Paralympic Games.

Alyssa and Braedon returned to visit the college before they departed to share with students and staff how they began on the Olympic path during their school days.  Their stories showed students that anything was possible with hard work.

Braedon graduated in 2015 and Alyssa in 2013 and have the community cheering them on the world sport’s biggest stage.
