ANZAC Day Liturgy Online Assembly

This year Student leaders and staff pre-recorded a 20 minute ANZAC Day Liturgy for students to view in House Group on Friday morning.  The assembly building was empty but the traditions of the assembly continued.  Below is Principal Dr McCarthy's ANZAC Day Liturgy address.
Another tradition is our College community coming together to show our ANZAC Day spirit marching and paying our respect to those who have served and sacrificed for our nation at the Buderim ANZAC Day parade.  Due to the current worldwide health situation we are in, we will instead stand at the end of our driveways or on our balconys with a torch or candle to show our support.  This simple gesture showing that we are united in remembrance.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning.
We will remember them.
